Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 September 2026

This policy explains what information Awaire Technologies LLC collects through awairetechnologies.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. It does not cover work performed under a separate written agreement with a client, which is governed by that agreement.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form on this site: your first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Our host also processes basic technical information that is generated automatically when any website is visited, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is standard server and delivery data and we do not use it to identify individuals.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. At the time of writing there are no third-party scripts on the site at all beyond what our host requires to serve it.

Why we collect it

We use what you send through the contact form for one purpose: to read your message and respond to it, and to have a conversation about whether and how we might work together. If you become a client, contact details may be used to communicate about that work.

Where it goes

The site is built and hosted on Framer, operated by Framer B.V. Contact form submissions are delivered through Framer and may be stored in a Google Sheet in an account controlled by Awaire Technologies LLC, using services provided by Google LLC. Both companies process this data on our behalf as part of providing their services.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as they are useful for responding to you and maintaining a record of our correspondence. If you would like your submission deleted, ask us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We will honour these requests regardless of where you live.

The simplest way to make a request is through the contact form on this site. Tell us what you would like us to do and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and the people who work in them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests about your information, can be sent through the contact form on this site.
