These terms cover this website only. Our products, Airtura and Saiker, are separate services governed by their own terms, and any engagement with a client is governed by a separate written agreement. Where those terms or that agreement differ from these, they control.
What this site is
This site describes what Awaire Technologies LLC does and the products it builds. It is informational. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a contract, or a commitment to provide services, and nothing here creates a client relationship.
Our products
Airtura and Saiker are described here in summary. Each is operated as a separate service with its own terms of use, pricing, and availability, and access to either is governed by those terms rather than this page. Descriptions here are indicative and the products may change.
Not operational guidance
Nothing on this site is flight planning, dispatch, airworthiness, or operational decision guidance, and nothing here should be relied on for the conduct of a flight. Our products are decision support only. Responsibility for operational decisions remains with the pilot in command, the operator, and the personnel authorized to make them.
Third-party platforms
We work with aviation data sources and software operated by other organizations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of those organizations unless stated explicitly, and we are not affiliated with any government or regulatory agency. Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and the Awaire, Airtura, and Saiker names and logos, belongs to Awaire Technologies LLC. You may read it, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape it at a volume that disrupts service, or use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive material.
